Implementing Agile On-the-Go: A Project Management Case Study
The case study describes how a software organization partnered with BridgeView to stabilize a struggling development project by implementing a structured Agile methodology. BridgeView introduced a dedicated project manager, added specialized technical talent, and re-prioritized the project backlog to focus on high-value features first. The team established clear Agile processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, while improving documentation and creating separate development, QA, and production environments. As a result, the project completed 10 sprints, resolved more than 40 bugs, enabled over 20 product demos, and significantly improved development efficiency and collaboration across the team.
