The Challenge With little prior notice, Amazon issued a new directive for the barcoding of products, which is unique to the online retailer. In order to retain this business, CMS was required to conform to the new directive quickly and with minimum amount of system disruption. CMS required a solution that both complied with the Amazon ‘License Plate Receipt’ process and could be implemented quickly.
