Case Study
Accelerating ADME/Tox testing with data science and AI
To address high costs and time-consuming in vitro and in vivo evaluations during early drug development, Charles River Laboratories Hungary utilized advanced in silico modeling for ADME/Tox screening. To streamline these complex drug transporter assays and overcome rigid sampling schemes, the organization implemented the Tetra R&D Data Cloud by TetraScience software. By replatforming and engineering critical scientific data, this platform supported the robust development and validation of artificial intelligence applications. Ultimately, the software helped eliminate legacy operational inefficiencies, empowering researchers to accurately predict toxicity properties, reduce project timelines, and accelerate therapeutic candidate optimization.
