Legacy toolsets were inflexible and slow, particularly for large assemblies and ball grid array (BGA) modeling. Using HyperMesh, SimLab, OptiStruct, Radioss, and SimSolid, 3dB automated preprocessing, bypassed meshing for complex assemblies, and reduced setup time from weeks to days. Automatic BGA creation cut preparation from hours to seconds while maintaining fidelity. The integrated workflow enabled faster iteration, reduced bottlenecks, and supported certification-ready analysis for demanding aerospace programs.
