This case study describes how ACP Decisions, a nonprofit that supports patient-centered advance care planning with a library of 400+ evidence-based video decision aids in 20+ languages, worked with Connectria to mature its technology into a full enterprise solution on AWS. ACP needed to transition from an earlier, simpler infrastructure and product-developer support model to an environment that could scale for a growing healthcare footprint, while improving security, compliance, and operational rigor.
