Additional Ventures partnered with IQVIA to launch the SOURCE study, a large-scale genomics initiative focused on advancing research in single ventricle heart disease. The study aims to enroll at least 5,000 patients and 5,000 biological family members, creating the world’s largest genetic and clinical dataset for this rare condition. IQVIA developed the participant platform and technical infrastructure, supporting both direct-to-participant and in-clinic enrollment while ensuring data quality and privacy. Since launching in December 2024, SOURCE has enrolled nearly 1,000 participants across 44 U.S. states.
