Engineers used finite element analysis and optimization to evaluate mounting conditions, loads, and operational behavior. Simulation enabled rapid iteration and eliminated design errors early, reducing the need for physical prototypes. As a result, Jyoti CNC achieved substantial improvements in static stiffness without increasing machine mass. The simulation-driven workflow reduced costs, improved mechanical accuracy, and became an integral part of the company’s R&D process.
