Following a merger, EagleView needed to integrate multiple disconnected systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and legacy applications, to eliminate data silos and inconsistencies. Apps Associates designed a hybrid cloud integration solution using a queue-based architecture and Tibco Cloud Integration platform. The solution unified order-to-cash processes, enabled real-time data synchronization, and reduced manual data entry errors. With a single source of truth and real-time dashboards, EagleView improved operational efficiency and customer visibility. The integration also supported high transaction volumes and new subscription models, positioning the company for scalable growth and enhanced customer experience.
