ASOM-Net addressed growing NAT demands and IPv4 shortages by deploying A10 Thunder CGN, enabling IP address translation on 30 Gbps of traffic without impacting subscriber experience. The solution provided set-and-forget operations, ensuring smooth performance while maximizing available IP addresses to support continued business growth. These improvements resolved critical challenges of NAT scalability and firewall performance, allowing the company to deliver reliable internet services for activities ranging from streaming to gaming. The project was led by System Architect Kristian Pedersen.
