When workers pressed buttons for transport requests, SIGNL4 generated enriched alerts with relevant details, colors, and icons, instantly notifying on-duty drivers of pickup needs. Drivers confirmed requests in the SIGNL4 app, providing real-time visibility to the team and streamlining coordination without delays.
