Book Depot Inc., a Canadian wholesale book distributor serving customers across North America, needed a highly reliable IT infrastructure to support its large-scale warehouse and order fulfillment operations. With more than 500 employees and a 500,000-square-foot facility, downtime could have significant financial consequences.
