radiomedicum, a German radiology and nuclear medicine practice with 13 locations and around 100 employees, needed strong protection for sensitive patient data and secure, highly available connections between sites and external partners. Building on 15 years of positive experience with SonicWall, it upgraded its infrastructure with TZ and NSa firewalls (including NSa 2700 and 3700) and added Capture ATP to defend against external threats. The rollout quickly linked all 13 sites via secure VPN, improved security with gateway antivirus and intrusion prevention, enabled stable home-office access using Global VPN Client, and used network segmentation to securely control access to medical devices.
