Viaflow, a Brazilian consulting firm, launched the FlowTalents program to address the country's growing tech talent gap and support marginalized communities. Powered by Automation Anywhere’s no-code platform, the free, three-month training program teaches automation and digital skills, followed by a year of case management. Since 2018, over 4,000 have subscribed, and 85+ graduates have achieved 100% job placement, with half hired by Viaflow. The program has saved 15K+ training hours and won multiple awards for social impact. Viaflow aims to expand the initiative, offering tailored courses to Automation Anywhere customers with social missions.
