The teams then created a two-year roadmap focused on better risk registers, aligned controls, connected data, clearer ownership, stronger reporting, and a more collaborative risk culture. Executive buy-in helped turn these priorities into actionable initiatives, which UCB is implementing through LogicGate Risk Cloud to create a more integrated, mature, and business-focused approach to risk management.
