The project focused heavily on performance optimization by replacing bloated WordPress themes and plugins with lean custom-built functionality. Developers removed unnecessary plugins, built custom shortcodes and page elements from scratch, optimized images, and streamlined frontend code to dramatically improve site speed. The rebuilt site achieved an average Google PageSpeed mobile score of 98.6 while also improving lead generation and long-term maintainability by eliminating dependence on outdated third-party plugins.
