Traditional analysis methods identified failure locations but lacked insight into crack development. By applying advanced Radioss simulations, the team analyzed crack initiation and propagation under real loading conditions. Additional tools streamlined meshing, fatigue analysis, and optimization. The simulation-driven approach enabled targeted reinforcement, reduced design iterations, and minimized physical prototyping. As a result, U-Shin improved structural reliability, shortened development time, and enhanced confidence in delivering high-quality automotive components to OEM customers.
