Facing exhausted production space and a growing number of component variants, ZKW needed a space-efficient solution to support rising storage demands. Dematic designed a customized Multishuttle system with more than 60,000 container storage locations, enabling dense, multiple-deep storage of headlight components. The new automated logistics center maximized site capacity, streamlined material flow, and provided scalable storage to support continued product complexity and long-term operational growth.
