Icon completed a 12‑week engagement using a structured, collaborative approach. The team began with a discovery phase, gathering details on the current state and target goals through interviews with stakeholders across Business, Architecture, Engineering, IT Delivery and Operations, supported by client documentation. Icon then analyzed the findings using its Reference Architecture, Guardrails and best practices. The work was delivered in two‑week sprints with regular review meetings to present progress and gather feedback. An Architecture Working Group spanning WPB and other key areas was established to align on target architecture decisions and ensure a consistent, agreed‑upon direction.
