During a nine-week pilot, five MSLs received 177 tailored recommendations, with 94% rated as helpful. Average time to KOL engagement dropped from 60 to 24 days, and expert coverage expanded by over 50%. The success led to plans for broader rollout, enabling standardized, confident, and impactful medical engagement.
