This case study highlights how Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam improved productivity by implementing a Generative AI-powered conversational interface. The organization faced challenges with fragmented HR policy data and complex cooler performance tracking across multiple systems. Happiest Minds developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution integrated with Microsoft Teams, enabling employees to access HR policies through natural language queries in both English and Vietnamese. Additionally, a second AI solution provided real-time insights into cooler performance using SAP data. The transformation significantly reduced time spent searching for information, enhanced onboarding experiences, improved decision-making, and enabled data-driven optimization of assets and workflows.
