To support the UK’s exit from the European Union, the Home Office launched the EU Settlement Scheme and required a fully digital application option for identity verification. Entrust, with partners InnoValor and iProov, delivered identity and document verification capabilities through development, integration, and testing. The solution enabled applicants to complete the process remotely, resulting in strong adoption, with over 85 percent choosing the digital route. More than 5 million applications were processed, demonstrating high user completion rates and improved efficiency, while enhancing accessibility, security, and convenience in immigration application processing.
