UC San Diego Health needed to onboard ~1,000 clinicians annually while completing mandatory Epic training within two weeks. Traditional one-size-fits-all training was inefficient and irrelevant for experienced providers. By implementing Amplifire’s adaptive learning platform, UCSD personalized training based on each clinician’s existing knowledge.
