A global managed IT services provider partnered with Synoptek to build a GenAI-powered Customer Proposal Builder to speed up creation of SOWs, RFP responses, and MSAs while improving content quality for Client Advisors and Business Development Managers. Synoptek delivered an MVP, validated it with stakeholders, and integrated the solution into the client’s CRM; core work included creating embeddings for different proposal types and developing LLM prompts.
