Helping a Non-Profit Mobile Clinic How Cybernet Units Improved Care
Covenant operated five clinics throughout Detroit and a mobile outreach clinic that primarily served individuals experiencing homelessness. The original mobile clinic, housed in a minivan, faced significant limitations, including a lack of space for patient examinations and reliance on paper-based processes. Collecting paperwork from patients was often challenging, and completed forms had to be manually entered into the organization’s electronic medical records system at the main office, creating inefficiencies and delays.
