The solution eliminated 100% of duplicate records, cleaned 95% of search data, and enabled more than 37 contractors to access up‑to‑date engineering information securely. By centralizing critical drawings and documentation, GAWB reduced reliance on outdated data, improved collaboration, and strengthened safe, reliable operation of its regional water infrastructure for customers and the wider community.
