Salem Health, a 669-bed nonprofit system, faced urgent regulatory pressure from Oregon’s mandated nurse-to-patient ratios and break requirements, prompting the need for a sustainable staffing solution. Partnering with Caregility, the organization implemented a virtual nursing model using an integrated, scalable platform that enabled rapid deployment with minimal IT burden. The solution supported workflows such as admissions, discharges, and break coverage while integrating with existing systems.
