This approach enabled early insight into range, efficiency, torque, and energy consumption across drive cycles. Simulation results matched physical test data with 92–95% accuracy, reducing reliance on costly physical testing. The model-based development process shortened the product development timeline by four months, improved design confidence, and supported faster, more efficient go-to-market for electric mobility solutions.
