JAN Accountants and Business Consultants, with 160 employees, upgraded their long-standing Thales SafeNet solution to SafeNet Trusted Access (STA) to unify authentication across Citrix, Office 365, and VPN systems. Partnering with Comsenso, they migrated data from the UK to a European data center to ensure GDPR compliance. STA introduced two-factor authentication and single sign-on, replacing multiple token systems. The solution improved user convenience, reduced IT costs, and simplified security management. JAN now plans to expand STA’s use and adopt self-service token management for greater efficiency.
