A global food manufacturer partnered with enVista to modernize and standardize warehouse labor processes across an eight-DC, multi-3PL network. enVista re-zoned facilities, optimized dock doors, improved slotting and ensured proper equipment use, then rebuilt preferred work methods and updated engineered labor standards for receiving, picking, replenishment and loading. They also trained 50 leaders on managing in a WLM environment. The results included 8–10 percent productivity gains, major increases in pallets and cases per hour, reduced unproductive time and better network-wide visibility and cost control.
