This large, private, not‑for‑profit hospital—the largest of its kind in Arkansas—transitioned from an on‑premise platform to Accruent’s TMS Online to strengthen corporate compliance and streamline maintenance operations. By moving to the cloud‑hosted TMS, the hospital freed its team from relying on the Information Systems department, enabled secure remote access to the system from outside the hospital network, and standardized workflows across sites. The new environment improved data accuracy, simplified audit readiness, and supported more consistent preventive maintenance and compliance tracking, helping the 800‑bed Little Rock flagship campus manage its complex facilities and medical equipment more effectively.
