Clarkston Consulting helped an emerging therapeutics company establish a scalable master data governance program as it prepared to launch its first commercial drug and implement SAP. The initiative defined governance principles and policies across data quality, management, acquisition, training, and oversight, while establishing a Data Governance Committee with clear roles and accountability. Clarkston also created process maps, SOP templates, change-management and training plans, repeatable data-quality processes, and a phased roadmap through 2027. The program supports near-term commercialization and compliance while providing a foundation for integrating additional systems, improving data integrity, and enabling future analytics and reporting.
