EK designed and implemented a collaborative authoring and multi-channel publishing system for an Operations Center to streamline content creation and distribution. Using ProseMirror, they built a custom editor with predefined templates tailored to each content type, reducing manual formatting efforts and improving consistency. The system also validates entries in real time, flagging errors before publication. Once content is finalized, users can publish it simultaneously as an email, PDF, and web page with a single click. To accelerate publishing and ensure compliance, the platform automatically classifies documents based on strict standards, improving efficiency, accuracy, and content governance.
