NATS, the UK’s leading air traffic control provider, manages over 2.5 million flights and 250 million passengers annually, handling 6,000-7,000 flights daily across the UK and North Atlantic. Its programme management office identified a critical lack of resource transparency, as Work Centre Managers relied on unshared Excel spreadsheets, obscuring over- and under-utilization. After a rigorous proof-of-concept, NATS partnered with The Project Group to deploy TeamManager across five key work centres, achieving immediate acceptance. Today, 95% of project delivery work centres use it to enhance visibility, optimize resource planning, and foster seamless collaboration.
