Newton County Water & Sewerage Authority (NCWSA), a public utility serving more than 27,000 water customers and 8,000 sewer customers in Georgia, sought to improve service continuity and modernize its IT infrastructure. Before deploying the StarWind HCI Appliance (HCA), the organization operated a mixed environment consisting of VMware ESXi hosts, iSCSI-based storage, physical servers, and a limited number of virtual machines. This infrastructure increased management complexity and limited scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
