This case study describes how OCBC Indonesia improved security hygiene and customer-facing reliability by deploying ExtraHop RevealX for unprecedented visibility into East-West network traffic across its 400+ branches. Facing more sophisticated financial-sector threats, the bank needed deeper insight than its existing monitoring tools could provide. RevealX integrated smoothly with existing SIEM and SOAR systems and delivered accurate detections through full packet capture, protocol decoding across 90+ protocols, and native SSL/TLS 1.3 decryption, as shown on page 2. As a result, OCBC gained rapid forensic investigation capability, improved troubleshooting of application performance issues, and uncovered vulnerable protocols before attackers could exploit them.
