This case study describes how IT Convergence delivered a proof of concept for Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse to a managed workplace solutions provider using Oracle HCM Cloud. The organization relied on OTBI for real‑time reporting but needed deeper historical analysis and predictive analytics to support better workforce insights. ITC quickly set up the Fusion Analytics Warehouse POC using its expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and FAW, demonstrating advanced analytics capabilities beyond operational reporting. ITC also provided targeted training to help stakeholders understand the platform’s value. The POC validated FAW as a scalable analytics foundation, supporting future expansion to Oracle ERP Cloud and enabling more strategic, data‑driven decision‑making.
