Case Study
Orchestrating successful supply collaboration
The company’s supply chain relied heavily on manual processes, making it difficult to effectively manage hundreds of suppliers and critical supply data. Communication and collaboration were fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems, causing important information to be missed. Multiple ERP systems with different operating approaches added further complexity, limiting visibility and consistency across the supply network. In addition, the lack of standardized processes for managing supply purchase orders resulted in inefficiencies, losses, and operational risk. These challenges highlighted the need for greater integration, improved supplier collaboration, standardized workflows, and better end‑to‑end visibility to strengthen supply chain performance and control.
