Supporting 16,000 employees, 8,000 contractors, and more than 1.2 million outpatient visits annually, the organization sought to reduce administrative complexity while improving protection for sensitive patient data. Parkland replaced traditional VPNs with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), consolidated standalone cloud access security brokers into an integrated data security approach, and implemented comprehensive TLS/SSL inspection to improve visibility into encrypted traffic.
