Singapore’s National Supercomputing Centre partnered with Altair to deliver a robust, enterprise-grade workload management solution for its national petascale computing infrastructure. NSCC required centralized scheduling, budgeting, and user management across diverse stakeholders in research, education, and government. Using Altair PBS Professional, NSCC optimized resource utilization, improved system reliability, and enabled efficient allocation of computing capacity. The solution supports heterogeneous workloads including AI, bioinformatics, and cloud bursting. As a result, NSCC accelerated research innovation nationwide, improved user experience, and positioned Singapore as a global leader in high-performance computing and advanced digital research.
