A global security products, services, and software provider had poorly implemented PowerApps built directly in production without development guidelines, creating UI/UX and navigation issues across several workflow apps (discount approvals via Note for Approval, Electronic Validation Order Form, Travel Request, Other Expenses, and an approver dashboard). Synoptek enhanced these PowerApps and underlying SQL by redesigning forms, fixing discount calculations, strengthening approvals, improving email notifications, adding loaders, printing and file upload features, and adding copy and preview capabilities. Synoptek also integrated EVOF with AX 2009 to generate and sync sales orders, and introduced proper ALM with separate dev, stage, and production environments using Azure DevOps.
