Rapides Parish Library, a medium-size public library system in central Louisiana with a main library, multiple urban and rural branches, and mobile services, deployed SonicWall Email Security after dealing with phishing, spam, email fraud and business email compromise, plus malware, ransomware, and malicious links delivered through email. After running a successful trial alongside its existing SonicWall firewall, the library implemented the on-prem Email Security Appliance and saw a dramatic drop in spam and phishing emails. The system administrator highlighted that it runs with very little downtime and that the anti-phishing capability was especially helpful, improving day-to-day email security with minimal disruption.
