Remote Management Technology Helps a Large Telecom
3 PagesDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, Claro Argentina rapidly shifted 8,000 employees to remote work, facing major IT management challenges. Partnering with QS Technologies, Claro implemented Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA) and Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) on its Intel vPro® platform devices. This solution enabled secure, large-scale remote management, even for devices disconnected from the domain. The project improved user satisfaction and grew Claro’s Intel vPro fleet to 90% of remote worker devices, demonstrating the value of strong partnerships and intuitive, scalable technology.
