Instinctools helped a European construction corporation improve project oversight by developing a reporting solution that gave site managers timely access to critical operational data. The software collected information on employee efficiency, work schedules, and labor costs across construction sites, presenting insights through interactive analytical dashboards. Instinctools created an iPad application and integrated it with the company’s existing project control environment, allowing managers to handle essential tasks directly from the field. The team also enabled construction plans to be viewed in SVG format. Using Cocoa Touch API, UIKit, and HTML5, Instinctools delivered a practical solution that strengthened reporting, visibility, cost control, and data-driven construction management.
