Seattle Theatre Group, a nonprofit performing arts organization in Seattle with a one-person IT team, faced recurring network outages and slowdowns plus malware that Symantec Endpoint Protection and Windows Defender failed to stop. After evaluating alternatives, it deployed Bitdefender Network Traffic Analytics (NTA) and GravityZone Business Security Premium to protect about 200 endpoints across Windows, macOS, Linux, Hyper-V, and Azure. NTA uncovered Chrome-based malware extensions and suspicious traffic to Russian IPs, enabling rapid isolation and mitigation, while GravityZone blocked malware before it impacted users.
