This case study describes how Waldkliniken Eisenberg, a newly built orthopedic hospital in Germany, implemented a secure, highly resilient Aruba network to support its “healing architecture” concept. The goal was to make technology invisible while enabling seamless, mobile care delivery across a six-floor, 128-room facility. Using Aruba Wi-Fi 6 and 6E access points, 7200 Series mobility controllers, Aruba switches, ClearPass Policy Manager, and AirWave, the hospital achieved failsafe wireless connectivity and strong security for clinical and administrative teams.
