Led by Simon Mason and Mark Fox, the IT team sought to improve both individual file recovery and full system restores while planning a transition from on-premises storage to the cloud. By implementing Cohesity’s DataProtect and SmartFiles solutions, SCC achieved more than 87% operational time savings, reduced data recovery times by over 80%, and saved £80,000 annually. The modern platform also enhanced ransomware protection and streamlined backup and disaster recovery processes, providing greater reliability and cost efficiency.
