This case study shows how the UN Global Compact Academy scaled its ESG training programs using Docebo to support global sustainability efforts. The Academy provides business leaders with knowledge and skills to implement the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles and advance sustainable development strategies. Since 2018, the program has grown to engage over 17,000 companies, with more than 130,000 course registrations and completions. By centralizing all training on one platform, the Academy enabled broader participation, improved collaboration among teams, and better tracking of learning progress across organizations. Docebo helped streamline delivery, measure impact, and support the Academy’s mission of accelerating responsible business practices worldwide.
