McGuckin Hardware revamped its underpowered online store by adopting Unilog’s cloud eCommerce platform and Orgill’s enriched 800,000-item product catalog. As shown on pages 1–2, the new site doubled available products to 80,000 SKUs and added real-time pricing, availability and curbside pickup—launched quickly during COVID. Pages 3–4 highlight major gains: expanded delivery options, a feature-rich mobile app, streamlined customer messaging and an 80,000-member loyalty program. Within a year, web traffic doubled and online sales rose more than 1,000 percent. McGuckin continues to enhance digital features like aisle/bay lookup and Google Local Inventory ads.
