As a world leader building most components in‑house, Viking relies on precise coordination with suppliers to maintain quality and schedules. Prior to SourceDay, improving supplier responsiveness and acknowledgment rates was a key challenge. By centralizing and streamlining PO communication, Viking achieved a 96 percent supplier acknowledgment rate and an 88 percent response rate.
