Overview Vivacom is the brand name of “Bulgarian T el e­ communications Company EAD”, the largest telecommunications company in the country. It sought a fault detection and performance monitoring tool to manage a rapidly expand­ ing IP network, increase system visibility and to ensure good service delivery. It needed a highly reliable, multi­tenanted out ­ of­the­box network management solution, de ­ livering very efficient proactive monitoring and fault­detection capabilities.
